Mary C. Durland of Port Jervis died on April 6, 2024.  She was 71.

The daughter of the late Marjorie Chant, she was born on November 5, 1952 in Middletown, NY.

Mary was a Health Care Aide at the old Sunnyside Hospital in Port Jervis.  Longtime member of VFW Post 161, Ladies Auxiliary.  Mary will be remembered for her caring nature and kindness that she showed to everyone.   A beloved mother and Nana who is already sorely missed.

In addition to her mother Mary was predeceased in life by her husband Douglas Durland and her brother Fred along with his wife Linda Youngman.

Beloved mother of Cassandra Durland with her partner Mark Smith Jr. at home.  Cherished Nana of Mason, Madison and Madilyn. 

A visitation will take place on Thursday 4/11 from 10AM to 12Noon at the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home 154 East Main Street Port Jervis NY 12771.  A funeral service will commence at 12Noon at the Funeral Home.  Immediately following services interment will take place at Westbrookville Cemetery.
